Hello all and welcome! My name is Jewell (pronounced Jew-ell) and I go by she/her/hers pronouns. I am a Leo, fur mama to Olivia Pope and Lolo! A Goddess, a DRAGON 🐉, an unapologetically black bad bitch witch, creator, lover, activist, professional numerologist, sexologist, and life-long advocate for education. I am a Jack of many trades but Master of myself. I am galvanized to be able to spread my black girl art, joy, and wisdom with you on my adventure as a small business owner! Whether that’s at local flea markets or music festivals, I’m on a genuine mission of spreading my love to the world. I am a multifaceted, magical being living in an abundantly filled magical universe. I have no intentions on limiting myself to the gifts that have yet to be revealed and the knowledge/wisdom I continue to seek. Be on the lookout for expansion along the way! Strength, persistence, patience, dedication, and ambition. Those initiatives are all that was needed to facilitate, visualize and build my business from scratch and LOVE for numerology! I have an A.A. in Liberal Arts/ Social Sciences and a B.A.in Psychology with a minor in Africana Studies. I wanted to amplify my practical, spiritual, and academic cognizance to feed my hunger for universal wisdom within the metaphysical and occult sciences. While I was attracted to many if not all different principles of study, I developed an intimate passion for Numerology. Numbers are one of the universe’s oldest symbols, forms of communication and have secrets to tell us so we can succeed exponentially in our lifetime! ✨ Birth to a Name and a Business✨
From about the ages of 6 to 17, I walked a path of two different people. My name is Jewell, pronounced “Jew-ell” but to the outside world, I was commonly addressed as Jewel. For a vast majority of my life, my assigned name at birth was my shadow self in which my family only vocalized my name correctly. I had peers pronounce my name Jewel due to insecurities that resided within me and an intense hatred towards my assigned name at birth. Immature in thought, I perceived it as a male name enunciated as the name "Joel" or "Jo-el". Looking back at my progression towards my true identity and higher self, I was simply a caterpillar slowly evolving into the butterfly I am today. I developed an intimate relationship with death, birth and rebirth and understood how I have the power to kill off, give birth and reborn any pieces of me, including a name. JewJew is my nickname and derived from my name Jewell. Juju is time-honored African traditions, rites, practices, and objects that summon the power of ancestral spirits to manifest and produce a result. Applying African traditional principles, metaphysics, with flare that is original, unique, authentic, and true to my identity, I gave birth to the name and business, Juju with JewJew - Black Girl MAGIC!! ✨
